Anyone know what should be the RIP timers(in cisco) set to when connected to the bay routers for best convergence.

On both the Cisco and Bay, 30 seconds is the default for updates.
On Bay, 90 seconds in the default for the hold time and invalid. Cisco's default is 180 seconds for these 2 in 12.2(2)T code.
Ideally, the timers should match on all the routers.

Is there a flash timer for nortel? If not then when will it remove the route?

Yes. In BayRS its called the timeout timer.
So, here are the times in BayRS:
30 sec -- Updates
90 sec -- timeout (this is called invalid in SM)
90 sec -- hold down
In cisco, do 'show ip proto' to see timers.
