Hi, I am getting the following error message pop up in a dialogue box when I try to access any of the functions after logging into a fresh install of nGenius 1.4 "nGenius Traffic Monitor" is not currently licensed. Please contact your sales representative to obtain a license RTM 1.4.
1 This is a fresh install, not an upgrade
2 W2k server with SP 4
3 No patches have been applied, I was testing the inital installation worked before applying any patches.
Any Ideas ?

Seems like the file .license.properties is not installed for RTM server. Try the following and see if it works:
Logout of RTM and close the browser window.
1. Stop RTM server (Start->Programs->NetScout->Stop nGenius Server), and wait until all of the processes have shut down. Verify this via Windows Task Manager
2. Insert RTM 1.4 CD to CDROM driver.
3. Change directory to $RTMROOT\rtm\bin.
4. Execute License.bat
5. Check if the file .license.properties has been generated in $RTMROOT\rtm\bin\admin.
6. Start RTM server (Start->Program->NetScout->Start nGenius Server
