RTM 1.4 SP9 problem with C4506 IOS 12.1(20)EW1

My RTM1.4 Server detects all C4506 IOS 12.1(20)EW1, but when I try to monitor my switch, I can't expand the icon representing the switch to reach any interface. It do the same with the following switch:

- 2950G48-EI 12.1(20)EA1

- 2950G48-EI 12.1(20)EA1a

- 3550G24-EI 12.1(20)EW1

- 3548XL 12.0(5)WC9 & 12.0(5)WC9a

Does anyone has a solution?

I am having this same situation. Does anyone have a solution.

Finally, I solved my problem by uninstall RTM1.4.

I did a fresh install of RTM1.4 and I installed SP9.

Then it detects all my 4506, 4503, 2950, and 3548XL

switchs very well.

It is this only solution I found.
