Does anyone know what the following error when starting RTM might mean?
The description for Event ID ( 4099 ) in Source ( nGeniusService ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: nGeniusService error: 997, Main Thread : Event Fired exiting.

Hi:
Could you verify the installation properly?Did it give any error during installation?Beacause , I did face the same sort of issue with my installation , but the worst part is the installation went through without any errors and it thrown the same error as you specified ,when I tried to start the service.Them I`m told to reinitialize the DB.Please follow the link to do so:
