Sending Traffic from one Routers E1 to Another

Hello

Please I need you assistance, I have 2 routers

router A and Router B connected with Ethernet to each other, and each router has its own E1 for data traffic. What I want to do is, when E1 on router A is fully loaded I want to send the traffic to router B`s E1 interface, please can you suggest which technology I have to use to achieve this result,

B4 answering few queries about ur network...

1.r u running any routing protocol inside ur local network ?

2.how r the routers connected via ethernet thru switch or back to back ?

if possible do post out a schematic diagram of ur network which will help to draw more attention..

The routing protocol is EIGRP, the both routers are connected to the switch in one VLAN.
