SIP Trunk from CME to Lync stopped working

Hi All,

please i need urgent help, earlier it was working and it stopped without any configuration changes.

not sure from where to start or from where the issue it coming. 

if i call from Lync to Cisco its working fine

if icall from cisco to lync ( it shows unknow number and stop immediately )

Hi Georg,

first thanks for replying.

I'm not sure how to start collecting the logs after i enable the debug cmd if you can guide me, im not very expert.

i enabled the 2 debug cmd u gave me , and i tried to call from the cisco phone but there is no logs coming and i tried to pushed csim start i got only this.

do you think its a problem with the pattern ?

my example if i call 6999 , it should explain it as +97145670999
