Hi
I want to upgrade the IOS for one ASR device. I cannot downlaod the latest IOS from cisco website. I want to purchase Smartnet so that I can get access to download the IOS.
I will appreciate you guys can help me decide which part should I request the Smartnet for so that I can get access to downlaod IOS or if not get the IOS published by TAC.
