SSL VPN solution required ?

i want to implemented a ssl VPN solution to customer
 where they login using https://firewallip
 then minimize the connected VPN
 and able to access the internal resources of company
 is it possible ?

I have  needs  TO VPN solution
Using an already existing Cisco ASA 5525 firewall device.

The solution is such that staff could login to the corporate network from any where in the world and work as though they are present in the office

What license or device would they need to achieve this solution

They are looking at 100 users and more in future
