where is this port connected to access device or uplink router ?

if this is trunk, i would remove  - spanning-tree portfast.

look at the document :

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/smb/switches/cisco-250-series-smart-switches/smb5303-configure-spanning-tree-protocol-stp-on-a-switch.html

the port connected to mikrotik router, but i have AP unifi so i was config like that.

in unifi devices it's ok no problem, but if i connected to router again then i configure trunk. it show like that.

maybe cisco detect any looping in my devices?

 - Also remove the macro auto ... directive(s) from the port configuration

i don't configure a macro auto sir, it cames auto since i config like that

     - The idea is that you should remove these commands from the port-configuration.

Hello

enabling spanning-tree portfast on a trunk won’t have any affect on the stp forwarding state its only if spanning-tree portfast trunk is applied will the trunk go straight into a forwarding state and that isn’t a good idea when the trunk is connect to another switch

I suggest remove the macro from the interface
