Switch compare Help

Hi

I would like to buy some switch(L-2) 24 ports for my network. I have to compare between product to represent my boss. Could you please introduce me between cisco CE500 and C2950.

Please refer to the datasheets of both devices. Basically "CE" Catalyst Express is lacking functionalty opposed to the Catalyst 2950, especially management features.

The CE500 is only configurable by Web interface, whilst the C2950 has a command line interface.
