Switch 24 prot is not working although I restart that switch by unplug and plug the power again!

In which switch model you are facing this problem ?
can you login to the switch and post the output of show interface fastethernet x/24 and show version ?

Model Cisco Catalyst 2950 Series Switches! all the hosts can't communicated to each other!

hi,
by restarting (unplug-plug) the switch doesnt mean that it will lost the config.
do you have access to the switch to see its switch-port vlan membership config? check their status - cables?

Hi,
As your info. your using 2950S, what are the ports blinking status eithere keep on orage / green, are you sure vlan membership still is there or not, can you post the sh run it may help in this forum.
