T1 hardware question

I have two T1 WICS see show inventory below. Can anyone tell me what the VID: 1.0 and 1.1 are. I assume they are some sort of software version.

1. Anyone know if there are any bugs with 1.0?

2. Can they be upgraded?

These are hardware versions.

Do not cause any difference in features and performance, do not have bugs, and cannot be upgraded,
