I have a cisco 7206vxr with PA-MC-4T1 , Can I used this module as a normal IP T1. I have to connect this module's T1 to the ISP T1 lines for data.
I mean I dont want to used the channalized T1 , need to used whole T1 for BW 1544Kbps .

How would you define half a T1 PRI with a D channel on the last slot? Everytime I define the timeslots, it defaults to channel 24

For a North American PRI the D channel will be channel 24, and for Europe it will be 15.
You can't change that on the router side, but the Telco should only give you D channel signaling on channel 24 anyways.
