TCP and UDP Small Servers, how do i check if its enabled on Nexus 7K

Hello
I was performing security health check for Nexus 7 K and one of the control is " TCP and UDP Small Server" is enabled on Nexus 7K.

What is the command to verify if TCP and UDP Small Server is enabled ?
