I am trying to replace a Lucent PortMaster PM3A-T1 with a Cisco 2620XM and a NM-1CT1-CSU.
The client has a channelized T1 (not a PRI) that accepts ISDN calls from the remote locations. Each remote is allocated 2 56K channels and connects via a Pipeline 75. The Portmaster does not contain any modem modules.
I have created channel-groups for each individual channel and am able to bring the serial ports up, but the line protocol remains down.
Lucent no longer supports the Portmaster and I'm unable to duplicate the configuration. Has anyone done this before? If so - how?

Not sure what do you mean by "channelized T1 (not a PRI) that accepts ISDN calls ".. Because If Channelized T1 which is not a PRI, will not accept a ISDN calls..So if you want to have 2620 accept calls from ISDN line, you need to have T1 configured as T1-PRI line in the router and in the teco switch too.
Pl. explain in more detail about what kind of line with signalling type you have and signalling type and line you have on remote site.

I don't know what the default config for a Pipeline is. It gives the impression that it is ISDN.
I am sending you the portmaster line config and one of the remotes. The signalling is E&M-winkstart.
Thanks - Greg

I don't know much for Lucent PM..but looks like you have ISDN lines in PM.
