Unable to get complete network topology in Ciscoworks VPN Management Bundle

Hi,

I have installed Ciscoworks VPN Management bundle(CD 1 and CD 2). I am able to start ciscoview service.

I am unable to obtain the network topology from this base software. Pls suggest me should i install any other modules to obtain the result.

What exactly you mean by "unable to start CiscoView service"?. What is the version of CiscoView and the operating system, service pack?
