upgrade ios on switch 2960G-24TC-L

I'm trying to upgrade ios software for my switch WS-C2960G-24TC-L   from 12.2(55)SE9-LAN-BASE-CRYPTO to latest 15.0.2-SE7(MD)

this is the status message :

Uploading the image.

Uploading the image; this might take a few minutes/seconds...

Failed to execute the command archive download-sw /overwrite /http iosFile

Software upgrade failed.

Can I get help please

Post the output to the command "sh version".  Next, please post the command used to upgrade the IOS.

Have you ever successfully done an http upgrade on this device or a similar switch?  I ask because, the first thing to think about is whether the http download is working ok.  Maybe you could try tftp or ftp instead to see if that's the issue.

1.Check ping response to ftp/tftp/http server.

2.Steps to upload image through ftp:-

a)ip ftp username username

b)ip ftp password password

c)archive download-sw /overwrite /reload ftp:[[//username[:password]@location]/directory]/image-name.tar

Don't forget to give extension .tar

Where can i find the location of ftp/tftp/http server ?

the c2960-lanbasek9-tar.150-2.SE7.tar is on the desktop of the computer.

copy  ftp://myuser:mypass@x.x.x.x/desktop/abc.bin flash:abc.bin

download tftp server and browse the location of file.

then put command

copy tftp: flash:

[kapez_BB]

Hi, is available ios for: 2960G-24TC-L, right now? 

When I checking switches series in Software Download, 2960, I can see, 2960G-8TC-L Compact Switch, only.
