We have CW 4th edition and we want to upgrade to 5th edition. We havel a full smartnet contract for CW. can we get this upgrade?

If your contract entitles you for the upgrade, then you should be able to order it via the CCO Product Upgrade Tool: http://www.cisco.com/upgrade
