which network management tool measures response time?

I am looking for a network management tool that would measure application response time. any suggestions?

For Network response time, you can use IPM in CiscoWorks RWAN Bundle.

I have selecte the SLA MANAGER from Indicative which is great tool with several extension to what IPM deliver it use the SAA and have other features to regarding server and network components

What level of application response time are you trying to capture? Port level, or Performance?

Try the following:

FreshWater Sitescope

HP-VPIS

all else fail, try scripting with perl to gather data from RMON2 probes.

However, with CiscoWorks, if you purchase the NAM and Ngenius Application management tools it would work great with Cisco products.
