WLC Radius Errors

I have two sites, our HQ (in the UK) and a spoke office in America. I have a Cisco controller located in our HQ and have shipped some AP's out to America and configured up FlexConnect.

However, when I try authenticate with the radius server in America, I get the below error:

RADIUS server 10.10.1.2:1812 failed to respond to request (ID 15) for client.

If I switch the US WLAN to authenticate with a radius server in the UK, clients authentication is successful and they connect.

I can't say I've come across this error before, any advice?

Hi,

Can you  ping the radius server in america from the controller? Is the radius server seeing any traffic from controller?
