Hi,
I'm trying to establish an static pvc mapping 2 2600 routers across a clear channel circuit. On the first router, an X.25 device is connected on interface s0/3 and the WAN (clear channel) circuit is connected on s0/0. On the second router the X.25 device is connected on s0/1 and the WAN circuit is connected on s0/0.
When I issue the command:
x25 pvc 32 xot x.x.x.x interface serial 0/0 pvc 32
on either one of the interface that connect the x.25 device to the routters I get the error: %Invalid VC number. I get this error using any circuit number (1-4095). Any ideas?
Thanks in advance

Here is a link to the command reference for this command:
Keep in mind that the incoming and outgoing packet sizes and window sizes must match the remote PVC outgoing and incoming sizes. I have also seen layer 1 problems cause the "Invalid VC number" message... try pulling the cable and then entering the command.
