ASR 903 IOS upgrade

Hello everybody
I'm planning to upgrade my ASR-903 Dual RP Routers.

The update is from 15.6 (2) SP2 to 17.3 (3) SPA.

Do you think I have to install 16 first?

This is the show version and the show platform.

Should I also update the ROMMON?

ROMMON upgrade will be mandatory. 

Direct upgrade to 16.X.X or 17.X.X is possible if ROMMON has been upgraded.

1.  To upgrade to  version 17.3 (3)SPA, which ROMMON version should I install?
2. From the show version, installed IOS is 15.6 or 3.18

Whatever is the latest that is supported by the RSP.

Old "name" is 15.6 and the new "name" is 3.18.X.
