Hi,
After upgading RAM from 128 MB to 256 MB on 2621XM commands: 'sh ver' + 'sh mem stat' show only 128 MB. 'Sh c2600' shows 2x128MB.
What's the problem and does the router use all the available memory. I enclose output from these commands. Thanks for help.

Hi,
it seems so that the second module is not seated correctly. You should reinstall the DRAM again. In the moment the router works with 128 MB DRAM.

Thanks for reply.
We have ugraded +20 routers, everyone behaves the same way.
Don't you think 'sh c2600' shows that DIMMs were installed properly?

Hi Adam,
yes, i thinks thats possible that the DIMM was installed wrong. Perhaps try to change the slots and last but not leat, the module is defect.

May be a bug in the "show vers" for this router although I couldn't find anything on the bug database. What does "show mem" give you?
