Ditto on the question. I have heard very positive things about ISS. If anyone has experince with both please speak up. And Please, no "Cisco is the best man no matter what!" answers. I am a dedicated Cisco guy but I want the best. While that usually means Cisco in my book sometimes it's someone else and Cisco should know this and let it motivate them to improve.
