I have a 515E-R
Cisco recommends
PIX-515-MEM-32= [Covers: PIX-515/515E Restricted models for release 7.0+]
PIX-515-MEM-128= [Covers: PIX-515/515E Failover and Unrestricted models for release 7.0+]
If I am going to upgrade why not do 128MB?
Before I make the purchase, is there something in the code to prevent 128MB from working?

Hello,
I've done just that this weekend. I've upgrade my PIX-515E-Restriced (32mb) to a PIX-515E-Restricted (128mb) with the 128Mb upgrade. All is fine.
Regards,
Erik

No, there should not be any thing in the code to prevent access to more memory. you should be OK to use 128MB+
thanks
