My Cisco Agents wont register with Mngmt Center

Im using the 4.0.1 build. My workstations have sucessfully downloaded the agent but are unable to communicate with the Mngmt server. I did a packet capture and I receive a checksum error. The Mngmt Server has the correct license...Any ideas?

hi,

check the log file named csalog.txt on the agent, it should give more information about the issue.

The log unfortuntaley only points out the painfully obvious with no other clues. Here is the output from the log

This log message obvisouly shows up countless times. Any other suggestions or ideas?

The error code 2035 translates to

OKENA_STATUS_INVALID_LICENSE = 2035,

You need license for your agents.

Huh?? Under Licenses in the Mngmt Center I show a valid license for 3 agents, but maybe they gave me a wrong license I will check with my vendor. Thanks for you timely responses and help

Sorry about my last post. I didnt check the csalog for CSAMC. The error I receive there is

No such feature exists?? I looked on google and Flexlm -5 error code means exactly that:

Any more ideas, suggestions or any recommendations on who I should contact would be greatly appreciated?
