If you are using XP use a DNS name instead of an IP when running Termnal Service into the server or apply SP2 which has resolved this issue.

Yes, with the application manager. Works for me.

Please be sure to properly configure FQDN !!

Thanks for the responses. So, I take it Remote Desktop Web client is not compatible? I've not gotten it to work yet.
