Tunnel with one static and one flexible End

We try to create an VPN tunnel between two Cisco 3640 to connect two privat Networks. The Request is that one of the routers has no static ip Address due to an Dial-Up Connection to the Internet. If any one has an working Solution for this Problem it would be very nice to send both running Profiles to Blombach@conform.de. Thanks a lot
