I have a few sales offices using an ISR 4331 router. The ISP is Spectrum (100x20) and they were originally using an Aris 1682 modem. With the 1682 modem, the users were getting awful download speeds between 10 and 20. We notcied that other sales offices with the Ubee DDW365 modems were getting great download speeds between 60 and 90. Now, I am trying to figure out what would cause the slower speeds with the Aris modems. The Ubees are EOL I was told and we recently had one die on us and it was swapped with an Aris, which is now giving us the awful speeds.
We have our 4331 sending external traffic to a Check Point device on AWS.
I tried comparing the two modems and I can't seem to determine why the speeds would be better on an older, EOL modem.
Any suggestions/thoughts would be great.

Hi
doesnt sound like a 4331 issue ,have you tried upgarding the firmware on the modem ?

Spectrum is insisting that the modem's firmware is up-to-date.
