CYLON ASIC temperature on ASR920

Hello,

does anyone know what is the critical temperature of CYLON ASIC on ASR920 and what is the router behavior to prevent overheating?

Currently the router shows 80 degrees of Celsius and the state is normal, but I have observed also 92 degrees.

The thresholds for CYLON are 100,105,110,112 Celsius. It is quite weird that some semiconductor can correctly work at 100 °C.
