Hi Jordi,
I have a D9854 with application version 3.25, I would like to upgrade to the latest version available. Please, could you share with me the procedure to upgrade this IRD.
Thanks in advance for your response.

Carlos,
In the future, I advise to contact the Cisco TAC for questions like this as this thread is not actively monitored. I just happened to get a copy of it.
The User Manual has the upgrade procedures. R3.25 is very old though so I don't have a manual for that specific release anymore but attached the oldest I have R3.96. In short the upgrade can be done through the web-interface.
Releases are available on Cisco.com, there are newer versions available by now ( R4.61 )
If you don't feel comfortable or have further questions, please contact Cisco TAC going forward as this thread will be closed.
