Hi Cisco Team,
We having issue in Cisco SG350-28 Gigabit Managed Switch. Switch was automatically on/off state. Also having power issue. Sometimes switch was not getting ON. So please do the needful for RMA.

try below steps before opening support case.
1. check power source functionality and try different power source also
2. try different power cables
3. check device logs for identify any logs related to reload or crash (share it here to check)
4. if issue still available open TAC case using https://support.cisco.com

May be yes / No, First what I do is check any new Firmware available updates, and check any abnormal logs which helpful troubleshoot,
still issue RMA is only option, even if you contact TAC, they suggest above steps above before they can offer RMA.
