how to config anonymous subscriber in SCE 1010

I have Cisco SCE 1010 and wanto configure anonymous subscriber configuration in SCE .

I have bb console installed in windows xp machine and which is connecting SCE 1010

For this scenario do we need SM / CM ?

now how CAN I control bandwith for http 1 MB and FTP 2MB for anonymous users.

Please kindly Advise

To create anonymous subscribers, just type : subscriber anonymous-group name "TEST" IP-range 0.0.0.0:0x00000000 template X

the IP range having a hexa mask, and template X is the package number you want to use, 0 being the default.
