how to get internet connection from MR42 device.

I have received MR42 device from ISP provider. 

ISP provider has connected NTT Modem/Router RS-500KI with fiber optic single mode cable from ISP socket.

RS-500KI is powred ON and PPP indicator is not yet ON.

How to connect with MR42 device with RS-500KI to get internet connection? I am not able to get screen option to enter ISP credentials in MR42.

Please advise me.
