QOS on a Service Provider Level / Metro Ethernet switching

Hello all,

I would like to have some guidance or a direction to be pointed in for a few QOS examples/reading in setting up QOS on a service provider level.  I am looking to do some standard QOS on dscp markings from certain equipment, ability to have an internal speedtest server to have the fastest QOS possible being hit from anywhere on the network, ability to put qos by program/port.

Usually at the service provider level it is requested by the customer to send the data with certain markings. At our end we will just use th mathc these marking nad give priority based on these markings.

Give me a scenario and I will provide a sample config. You should be able to take it from there.
