SCA console 3.6.5 cant communicate with SM subscriber manager

my setup is SCE 8000 and SCA console 3.6.5 and SM 3.6.5 and CM 3.6.5

when i communicate from SCA console to Subscriber manager its cant retrieve any information so i downgrade the SCA console to 3.6 after downgrade i success to fetch the subscriber from SM but i still have an comparability issue with SCE CM because SCA CM 3.6 and CM is 3.6.5

so i need to know how can solve the problem in SCA console BB 3.6.5

With everything on 3.6.5 you should be able to fetch information from the SM on SCA-BB.

you need to go back to 3.6.5 on all devices sucessfully and fetch logs from the SCE and the SM to see if they are communicating properly or not. Downgrading will not help us troubleshoot the issue.

the problem was in the SCA console 3.6.5 its a known defect

the problem is

1. Close the SCA BB application if it is running.

2. Backup the file 'engageui.jar' located in C:\Program Files\Cisco SCA\SCA BB Console 3.6.5\plugins\com.cisco.scasbb.client.ui.engage_3.6.5

For example, copy it to your personal folder.

3. Copy the file attached to this email to the same directory (C:\Program Files\Cisco SCA\SCA BB Console

3.6.5\plugins\com.cisco.scasbb.client.ui.engage_3.6.5)

4. Run the SCA BB, open SM GUI, You should be able to see the subscribers detail in the GUI.
