Upgrade DCM9901 cannot get the config with upgrade it

Dear all,

I  want to upgrade a DCM 9901 in version 12.10.03 and my problem appears  when I launch Upgrade it, the DCM is detected but I have an error  message :

"Cannot get aconfig.txt or bconfig.txt from the target".

So I can't upgrade the equipment. Do you have any idea ?

Thanks for using CISCO Support Forum

It looks like some issue with FTP credential.

Could you please go to DCM GUI then check it has OS account  guest/guest with all permissions including SSH ?

If it has, you should be able to ftp into DCM with guest/guest account from DOS prompt.

Please have a test these 2 things.

I already added guest/guest account in OS account with permissions including SSH

Still i have error
