xmodem console download procedure using rommon for cisco 7604

Good day to you all,

I have a cisco 7604 router, and it stuck  in Rommon mode, I cannot go with the TFTP server to upload the IOS image, so the other solution is to use xmodem, however, I could not success in that and I do not know any other solution for the problem. Any suggestions and thanks in advanced.
