Hi Support, we bought a new Cisco Aironet 1562I Access Point (Manufactering Date 03/2017). Unfortunately the device does not start, after plugin the poe/ethernet cable. It seems the AP is in a boot-loop or none image is present in memory.
We copied the device image ap3g3-k9w8-tar.153-3.JE.tar via TFTP to the device without success - the device is still not booting.
What's wrong? Thanks in advance, Daniel
