From WLC,the some of APs up time is quite different(vary several days).No power loss on POE switches or reboot APs.
Any reason/suggestions?

I would compare the uptime to the associations.
Do you have WCS sending notifications for AP events? You may find some correlation between uptime on WLC and when the AP associates to it.
