CMX 10.2.1 - Installation fails when New device option is selected

Hi,

We are having problem with CMX installation.

CMX 10.2/10.2.1 installation script throws the error message when we select new device option,

"Bringing up the interface eth0: Device network does not seem to be present, delaying initialization [FAILED ]"
