There are two each WAP2000, one with external/outside antennas in a building with wire network connectivity, the other WAP2000 is a repeater in another building. The repeater is dead due to a failed firmware update. No connectivity, nothing, old IP or default IP.
Questions; 1) are there any other repairs possible for the dead unit other than the reset which is not working? 2) What is a recommended replacement for the repeater WAP2000 that will function as a repeater and connect to the other wired WAP2000? 3) If both units have to be replaced, what is a recommended replacement for the above configuration?
