6400E - fogged image. Experience?

Hi everybody.

I just installed our first 6400E camera outdoors. I like that model in general.

Now I had to notice, that this unit has already a fogged image. Not sure if its inside or outside. Since it is very high up and I would need a lift to check.

Maybe our Turkish colleagues could tell, if this is a unique issue or if the unit tends to do it? Or if its because of an installation issue.

Hi Danny

I know that early on our techs would forget to remove a plastic cover that would come attached to the lens of the cameras.

Could this have been left on from the installation?

Thanks for this hint. It could be possible. I only had pre-production models in my hand and they were of course not prepared. Could be that the sparkies have really forgotten that. I will let them check. Hopefully it's that.
