Adding VSM to VSOM

I added a stand alone VSM to VSOM and then deleted the VSM from the VSOM. I tried adding it agin and get the message

Operation failed: Media Server reported the error: Management Uid is invalid. VSOM cannot manage this Media Server as it could be managed by other VSOM server.

Has anyone seen this before and how do you fix it. Looks like the VSOM still has a record of the VSM in it's database

I'm assuming by VSM you mean Media Server.

1. Login to CDAF console of the MediaServer, go to Server Administration -> Server Settings

2. Under Services, click "Remove from Operations Manager"
