Camera SIP client

Hey all

Anyone have any experience with the Camera SIP clientfor 6xxx cameras?

Have a trial licence and after configuring the camera APP to associate with our CUCM I'm getting registration failed.

Have gone through the deployment guide exactly but still getting the error.

Have tried multiple different usernames and passwords but no luck.

Hey David. Did you ever get this one worked out? Are you adding the license to the camera directly or through a VSOM server? I am working on a similar issue and cannot seem to get the camera to use one of my available licenses in VSOM. Perhaps the license is only "used" when associating to CUCM which we haven't done yet.

1. VSM version?

2. camera firmware?

3. camera model?

4. is SIP client app is running?
