Cisco Video Surveillance System Deployment ????!!!

Hi all,,,

I need a help about the deployment for Cisco Video Surveillance System Deployment....

I couldn't find any Technical Sheets or Documents about this topic, to solve this issue.

The case :

The problem is I have Intergraded Services Platform which has the product number CIVS-SP2RR5-2000, 
when I tried to switch it on, it keeps giving the following messagefailed to find SyPixx Encoder that ma | date time | SPNMCSyPixxEncoder ages ". 

The deployment scenario  which I have contains the following:

1-       Multi  Service Platform CIVS-MSP-1RU, I installed the operation manager license and the  Media Server license on it.

2-       8* IP  Camera Dome 2421, which are connected to the  network.

Upon this deployment I  can reach the IP Camera through the Operation Manager, to view, record, and  manage all the cameras. But what I need to know is how I can enter the  Integrated Service Platform to my deployment, and how I can disable this message  on it.

The attach file contains a simple diagram shows the deployment.

Hello Hisham

You are receiving that error message as you don't have any IP gateway configured on your platform. I can see that you already opened a TAC case related with this issue and informed to contact your account team for clarification. Can you please let us know the outcome of it ?

I want to mention that I have the following:

-Stream Manager Software 5.0 Doesn't use.

- Stream Client Software 5.0 Doesn't use.

I hope that I can find a help ASAP.

You are receiving that error message as you don't have any IP gateway configured on your platform. I can see that you already opened a TAC case related with this issue and informed to contact your account team for clarification. Can you please let us know the outcome of it ?

What I need from you to clarify is Can I add this platform to my deployment without this IP gateway??

Is the IP gateway is a standalone device?? I would like to know to provide this information to my customer to avoid escalations !!!

Please advice I know that I opened a TAC Case but What I need to clarify is all above questions...I would like to know it loudly.

I need someone to tell me the steps one by one...waiting your response
