Hello Support

Have you tried to update or replace configs first. It sounds like the media server has a different config than the camera and by running one of the above commands will fix that issue, then you can proceed to delete.

Hello
I didn't change anthing in VSM, and also tried to update or replace config but same.
Also I tried to see stream on Web browser, but it not showing anything?
Do you think its hardware issue?

I would say that if you cannot obtain a live feed from the camera UI itself first, it may just be a camera issue. You should contact Cisco TAC and open a support case.

reset the camera first and see if it comes back up. If not go with Scotts reply and see if its under warranty with TAC.

Is there anything on the network side that would prevent the VSMS instance from actually obtaining the video feed from the camera?
Also, I recommend trying one of the initial, default camera templates as opposed to anything custom to eliminate it actually being some quirk of stream configuration that the camera could be taking issue with.
