Hi,
I have integrated Cisco CPAM with VSM, the Cisco VSM Camera Driver7X is active and online, i can see all cameras online and in their retrospective folder. I can't however see video when i select 'view video', i can see that the image connects and loads but i just see a black screen.
I am able to view the video feed from VSM and also on the cameras web interface.

Are there any particular drivers i need to install in order for the CPAM client to view the camera feed?

Can you please try un-install Cisco Multipane Client from PC and install it back again. also send me your Workstation specifications

I upgraded CPAM to 1.5.3, this seemed to resolve my issue and i can now see the video feed in CPAM.
