CPAM Door events not showing

Hi,

Has anyone ever had an issue where they are not receiving door events from doors. I have a project with 450 doors but have not received any door events from 40 doors for the last 6 weeks. The doors are associated with two gateways. I can send commands to the doors and they operate correctly at the door itself. But when I return to the cpam software and check the activity there has been no activity for 6 weeks.

Did anyone else ever have this issue or get it resolved? I am having the same issue. Rebooting the server did not help and I have multiple doors that I cannot just reboot the gateway on.

I has similar problem some times ago.
Resolved by hardware reset or firmware upgrade to the same version on these GWs.

Hi Caleb,

what server are you using?

what version of clam are you at?

I was advised by Cisco tac to upgrade to 1.5.1 at the time, and I believe there is a 1.5.3 out.

It was possibly a memory issue on the physical 1RU server.
