To create more space I go to firmware management and delete old firmware packages I have uploaded. Thats a quick and easy way to free up some space.

Well, look at that. Yep we had just finished one final round of firmware updates for the road, and uploaded loads of packages. "Removed" now and voila back under tolerance. Thanks!
